David Bazirankende,holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Diploma in Education. He was appointed Acting Executive Director of ARDE/KUBAHO on May 27, 2024. Previously, he worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at ARDE/KUBAHO for six years and as a Project Coordinator and Manager at AMI (Association Modeste et Innocent) from 2013 to 2018. He has undergone training in various sectors, including Monitoring and Evaluation, planning and reporting, policy formulation, advocacy, lobbying, project design and development, and research methodologies.

Jean Damascene Ntibiramira, is a finalist PhD candidate in Project Management with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Project Management), a Bachelor’s Degree in Demography-Social Sciences, and a background in Agricultural Engineering (Crop Production).

Since July 1, 2024, he has been the Project Manager at ARDE/KUBAHO. His extensive experience includes serving as Project Manager at MIDIMAR for two years, USAID TWIYUBAKE Zonal Manager at AVSI for one year, and DLI Project Manager at Handicap International for three months. He also worked as a Project Coordinator at PELUM Rwanda for six months and at CLADHO for one year. Additionally, he was a Planning Specialist at CDF/LODA and a Development Planner at MINECOFIN, each for one year. Jean Damascene also spent five years at the Private Sector Federation (PSF) and served as Umutara Provincial Coordinator of RSSP at MINAGRI for one year.

Marie Diane UWAYEZU holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Production, advanced Diploma   in crop production and certificate in Biology-Chemistry.

She was appointed as an agriculture and food security officer in ARDE/KUBAHO since 2014 up to date (7 years) ,Before she worked in RSSP/LWH as a Manager of water users for  one year, worked as agronomist of OPEDSA for one year, worked in Dot-RWANDA for one year as a Facilitator and coacher and worked ,she worked as technician  in ENURD for one year.

Yvonne,holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, a Certificate in Veterinary Education. Since December 11, 2023, she has been working as an Advocacy and Livelihood Officer at ARDE/KUBAHO. Previously, she worked for five years as a Field Officer in charge of Self-Help Groups and Cooperatives at Bamporeze Association in Rulindo District.

She has received training in community-based paralegals, project designing, planning and Management, the Akazi Kanoze Youth Livelihood Project, and the application of pesticide-free hermetic storage for various dry agricultural commodities.

Gisele holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She joined ARDE/KUBAHO in 2023 after serving as a dedicated volunteer with the organization since 2019.

MUTABAZI , holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Communication,he was appointed as PR & COMMUNICATION OFFICER at ARDE/KUBAHO in 2023.

Mr. Jean Niyitegeka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Production and Horticulture and a Diploma in Cross Border Agriculture completed in Israel. Since October 5, 2020, he has been working as an Agronomist at ARDE/KUBAHO. He previously worked as a consultant at RYAF for one year, interned in the rice value chain through RYAF/MINAGRI for one year, served as a technician for VUP for one year, and worked as a clerk for NISR during the 4th RPHC in 2012.

He has received various trainings, including Participatory Integrated Climate Services for Agriculture and contributing to cooperative development under the implementation of Climate Resilient Postharvest and Agribusiness.

Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance). For five years, he worked at the Muvumba P8 Rice Growers Cooperative in Nyagatare District. During this time, he was responsible for collecting members’ production for market sale. In 2020, Justin joined ARDE/KUBAHO as a Program Officer in the Administration and Finance Department. Simultaneously, he took on the role of Secretary within the organization’s Internal Tender Committee. Justin has actively participated in various local and online training courses, earning several certificates in the process.

Florence  holds an A2 degree in Plumbery.She joined ARDE/KUBAHO in 2023.

Mr. Kanyamuhanda Louis holds a Master’s degree in Procurement and Logistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting. He is a CPA candidate and has published research on the impact of ICT on procurement in Rwanda’s Ministry of Health. With over 15 years of experience, Louis has held various roles, including Director of Administration and Finance at a district hospital and a Logistics Officer for an IFAD and OPEC-funded project. He currently serves as the Director of Administration and Finance at ARDE/KUBAHO.

Diana has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She worked at the Rwanda Development Organisation (RDO) for 12 years as a Program Officer. In 2024, she joined ARDI/KUBAHO as a Project Proposal and Fundraising Specialist.

Vianney worked as a tutorial assistant at the University of Rwanda, School of Engineering, from 2011 to 2018.Subsequently, he held the position of Project Manager at ECOMUJ Construction Company, overseeing several water supply and construction projects from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, he was appointed Environmental Officer at ARDE/KUBAHO, a role he held until June 2024. He is currently the M&E Officer at the same organization.

Chantal Iturinde,holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Water and Environmental Engineering and a Diploma in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. Since October 1, 2020, she has been working as a Program Officer for Water and Environmental Management at ARDE/KUBAHO. Previously, she worked as a field technician for constructing water tanks in Nyabihu District and supervising the rehabilitation of the water supply system, water tanks, and kiosks in Rutsiro District.

Belancille holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a focus on Botany and Conservation, as well as an Advanced Level Certificate A2. Since November 1, 2023, she has been working at ARDE/KUBAHO. She has received training in capacity building, ICT, and biodiversity conservation

Mrs.Bellyse  holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy and advanced level certificate(A2) in Mathematics-Chemistry and Biology.

She was appointed by ARDE/KUBAHO  since 8^th May 2023 as a charge  of Gender and Inclusion  up to date.

Belancille Nyandwi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the former National University of Rwanda (NUR). She began her career as a volunteer with Hope and Homes for Children (Hope Rwanda), focusing on community empowerment. She later worked with the National Institute of Statistics as a District Enumerator for the EICV (Integrated Household Living Conditions Survey). Additionally, she served as an Enumerator for the Rwanda Population-Based HIV Impact Assessment (RPHIA). In August 2023, Belancille joined ARDE/KUBAHO as a Community Empowerment and Livelihood Officer.

Isabelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development.

Appointed by ARDE/ KUBAHO since 1^st February 2024 up to date And trained on adolescent sexual and reproductive health, prevention of drug and substance abuse and gender based violence prevention, trained on fundamental of computer applications, trained on disaster management and trained on RFL in emergencies.

Isaac holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in Human Ressource.
