We used to fetch water in marshlands down there, the only water we used to call clean was from Nyabarongo river with risks of maybe being eaten by crocodiles, now we are so happy we have clean water near us, as you see I coming straight from work and the first I am going to do when I get home is to wash myself, it is now easy to wash myclothes and for my family, while cooking now we use extremely clean water ,now it rare to find and resident who has any waterborne diseases in his/her family, our region is developing because of these infrastructures, for those who did not know we have nicknamed this water ‘ARDE’, most of the times you see people going to water kiosks saying ‘I am going to look for ‘ARDE’. We really appreciate.
