ARDE/KUBAHO, in partnership with World Vision, has launched the Youth Ready Program for out-of-school youth aged 16 to 29 in the Rugabano and Gitesi sectors. This initiative is designed to empower young people to break the cycle of poverty through entrepreneurship and self-employment.
Over the course of six months, participants will attend weekly training sessions at designated sites within each cell. The curriculum focuses on four key pillars:
-
Career Readiness
-
Entrepreneurship Development
-
Civic Engagement
-
Personal Growth
These sessions are specifically designed to equip youth with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to launch income-generating activities and improve their long-term livelihoods.
